Important note: With a few exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Online return policy

Please be sure to send your merchandise back to us completely in accordance with our return policy:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original labels attached.

After receiving the return and passing the inspection, the support agent will create a store credit for the customer to purchase, exchange, etc.

We are not responsible for any returned packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return order number when sending your return.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days after your goods are delivered to us.
